Understand the business, the customer, the goal and where the actual bottleneck sits — which is often not where you think it is.
Websites, search visibility, paid campaigns and AI automation. Eight services that mostly get bought as one problem — not enough of the right people are contacting your business. Here is what each one does, and when it is the right thing to spend on.
Six of these have a page of their own with the full detail on scope, process and timelines. The other two are usually bought alongside them rather than on their own — but every one is available separately if that is what you need.
01
Fast, modern and conversion-focused websites designed around your business goals, customers and brand — built to load quickly, rank well and turn visitors into enquiries.
02
Landing pages, lead capture, follow-up automation and the tracking that shows a real cost per lead — so the traffic you already pay for turns into enquiries.
03
On-page, technical and content SEO that helps the right people find your business on Google — without paying for every click.
04
Local SEO and Google Business Profile setup, optimisation and review strategy so nearby customers find and trust you first.
05
Campaign strategy, creative direction and Meta advertising designed to generate qualified traffic and leads.
06
Professional email on your own domain, configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so your mail lands in the inbox — not in spam.
07
GA4, Search Console, pixels and conversion tracking set up correctly, so you finally know which channels actually bring in business.
08
Practical AI and automation that reduce repetitive work, improve workflows and help your business operate more efficiently.
Not sure which one you need? Tell me what you are trying to grow — most projects combine two or three of these. Or run the free AI Growth Score and let the scan point at the weakest link.
Understand the business, the customer, the goal and where the actual bottleneck sits — which is often not where you think it is.
Audit what is working, identify what is not, and put the options in order of what returns the most for the least spend.
Design and implement the website, campaign or system — scoped in writing, with a date attached.
Measure against the numbers we agreed, improve what underperforms, and decide what is worth doing next.
Every engagement starts with a short call, then a written scope: what gets built, what it costs and when it ships. You approve that before any work begins.
There is no hourly billing, no percentage of your ad spend and no annual contract. If something is not working and I cannot fix it, you should be able to stop — that constraint keeps the work honest.
Quoted after scoping, not billed hourly. You know the number before anything starts.
Project work ends when it ships. Ongoing work is month to month.
Search Console, GA4 and ad platform data against the goals we set — not a traffic-light dashboard.
Start from the symptom, not the service. If nobody is finding you, the problem is visibility — that is SEO and Google Business Profile. If people are landing on your site and leaving without contacting you, the problem is the site itself. If you need pipeline this quarter and cannot wait for anything to compound, that is paid ads. If the bottleneck is that you cannot keep up with the work you already have, that is automation.
Most engagements end up combining two or three of these, but there is always one that should go first, and it is usually the cheapest one to fix.
Yes. I am based in Bangalore and work with clients across India and remotely beyond it. Website, SEO, ads and automation work does not require being in the same room — most of it happens in shared documents, calls and dashboards regardless of where either of us is sitting.
The only part that genuinely benefits from local knowledge is Google Business Profile work for a physical location, and even that is handled remotely for most clients.
One service is completely fine, and it is how most engagements start. There is no bundle you have to buy into and no minimum retainer.
Where services genuinely depend on each other — an ad campaign that needs a landing page to point at, or SEO that needs technical fixes on the site first — I will tell you before we start, because leaving that out would waste your money. But what goes into scope is your decision, not mine.
Every project is quoted as a fixed fee after a short scoping call, based on what is actually being built. There is no hourly billing, and ad management is a flat monthly fee rather than a percentage of your spend — so nobody in this arrangement earns more by telling you to spend more.
If a project is not worth the money, or if the thing you are asking for will not fix the problem you described, I would rather say that on the call than invoice for it.
Curious what an AI automation build actually connects to? This is the directory I work from — 40 MCP servers that link AI agents to marketing tools, with the five workflows that save the most time.
A short call, no pitch deck. I will tell you which of these is worth spending on first — and if the answer is none of them, I will tell you that too.
