Paid traffic is sent to the homepage
Someone clicks an ad about one specific thing and lands on a page about everything. They have to hunt for what they were promised, and most of them simply do not. You paid for that click either way.
Most businesses do not have a traffic problem — they have a conversion problem they have been paying to make worse. I build the landing pages, capture forms and follow-up that turn the visitors you already have into enquiries you can actually reply to, with a cost per lead you can see.
Three leaks account for almost every “our marketing does not work” conversation I have.

02
“Contact us” is not an offer. A stranger who has known you for forty seconds will not book a call, but they will take something concrete and useful — and that is a lead you can actually work.

Enquiries arrive in an inbox that gets checked in the evening. By then the person has messaged three competitors and taken whoever answered first. Speed of reply beats almost every other variable.
Lead generation is not a bigger budget. It is removing the reasons an interested person leaves between the click and the conversation.
Offer, page, capture, follow-up and measurement — the whole path, because a break anywhere in it costs you the lead.
Before design, we settle what you are actually offering, who it is for and why they should act now instead of later. Most weak funnels are a weak offer with good design on top, and no amount of layout fixes that.
A dedicated page per campaign or offer: one goal, no competing navigation, proof placed where the doubt appears, and a form short enough that people finish it. Built to load fast on mobile data, because that is where the traffic is.
A guide, checklist, calculator, quote estimate or audit — something with standalone value that a stranger will trade a phone number for. Delivered instantly, and written so it makes the next conversation easier.
Forms, WhatsApp click-to-chat and call buttons wired so the lead reaches you where you will see it within minutes — and so the person gets an acknowledgement immediately instead of wondering whether it sent.
A short sequence over email or WhatsApp for the majority who are interested but not ready today. Most businesses lose these leads entirely, and recovering even a fraction usually outperforms buying more traffic.
Conversion events in GA4 and the Meta pixel, source and campaign stamped on every submission, and a monthly read on which page and which channel produced which enquiry — then the next round of testing chosen from that.
Where traffic comes from today, what it lands on, where it drops, and what a lead is currently costing you. Usually the leak is visible within an hour.
One clear promise, one clear next step, and a reason to take it now. This is written down and agreed before any design work starts.
Landing page, capture, routing, follow-up and tracking shipped together — a page without tracking is not finished, it is just live.
Once there is enough volume to mean something, we change one thing at a time — headline, offer, form length — and keep what moves cost per lead.
Not impressions, not clicks, not form views. We agree a target cost per qualified lead before the build, and every decision afterwards is judged against it. If the target turns out to be unreachable in your market, you will hear that early — that is information worth having, not a failure to hide.
Qualified is defined by you, not by me. For one business it is a contactable phone number; for another it is a budget and a timeline. We write that definition down first, because otherwise every report becomes an argument about what counts.
A single page with tracking, routing and follow-up. A multi-offer system takes three to four.
Below that, conversion rate swings on chance. Judging a page after twenty visits tells you nothing.
Everything is built in your accounts, under your domain. Nothing is held back if we stop working together.
No. Lead volume depends on your budget, your offer and your market, and anyone quoting a fixed number before seeing those three is guessing.
What I will do is agree a target cost per qualified lead with you up front, build against it, and show you the real number every week. If it cannot be hit, you will hear that from me early rather than at the end of a six-month contract.
A homepage serves everybody: existing customers, job applicants, people checking you are real. A landing page serves one visitor arriving from one ad or one search with one question in mind, and it removes every link that is not the answer.
That single difference is usually worth two to four times the conversion rate, which is why paid traffic pointed at a homepage almost always underperforms.
Wherever you will actually act on them. For most small businesses in India that is WhatsApp plus email, because a lead that sits in a CRM nobody opens is the same as no lead at all.
If you already run a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho, submissions are pushed there too, with the source, campaign and page recorded on every record.
Yes, but it is slower. Landing pages, lead magnets, follow-up sequences and conversion work all improve whatever traffic you already have from search, referrals and social.
If you have very little traffic to begin with, the honest sequence is to fix conversion first so you are not paying to send visitors to a page that leaks, then add paid traffic on top.
A single landing page with tracking, routing and a follow-up sequence typically goes live in one to two weeks. A full system across several offers, with nurture automation and reporting, usually takes three to four.
The first genuinely useful read on cost per lead comes after roughly two hundred to three hundred clicks — before that you are looking at noise, not a trend.
Send me your site or your ad and where the traffic currently lands. I will tell you which step is costing you the most enquiries — before you spend anything.
