Check a page

Must be publicly reachable. Pages behind a login or a staging password cannot be read.

How it works

  1. Enter the full address of a page you want checked. It has to be publicly reachable — pages behind a login or a staging password cannot be read.
  2. The page is fetched server-side and the HTML is analysed in your browser. Nothing is stored, and no JavaScript from the fetched page is ever executed.
  3. You get a score out of 100, broken into passes, warnings and critical issues, each one showing the value it found so you can verify it yourself.
  4. If the page cannot be fetched — it blocks bots, needs a login, or is offline — you can paste the page source instead and get the identical analysis.

Why this matters

On-page basics are the cheapest SEO wins there are. A missing title, a duplicated H1 or a canonical pointing at the wrong URL costs nothing to fix and can quietly suppress a page for months.

Most audits fail because nobody looks at the HTML that is actually served. What you see in the browser has been through JavaScript; what Google indexes first is the raw response. This tool reads the raw response, which is why it will sometimes report less content than you can see on screen — and it says so when that happens.

None of this is a ranking prediction. It checks whether the page is technically capable of ranking. Whether it does depends on content quality, links and competition, which no automated tool can measure.

Questions

Why does this need a server when other tools run in the browser?

Browsers cannot read another website's HTML. The same-origin policy blocks it, and almost no site sends the CORS header that would allow it. Any "browser-only" page checker either uses a proxy or is not reading the page at all.

So this tool fetches through a small endpoint on this site. It applies the same protections as the AI Growth Score: public addresses only, redirects re-checked on every hop, a hard timeout and a size cap. The fetched page is never executed.

The check failed on my site. What now?

The usual causes are a firewall or CDN rule that blocks automated requests, a login wall, or a site that is genuinely down. The tool tells you which, rather than guessing.

In every one of those cases you can switch to the paste tab, view the page source in your browser (Ctrl+U), paste it in, and get exactly the same analysis.

My site is built in React and the results look empty. Is it broken?

No — that is a real finding. If the served HTML is an empty shell that JavaScript fills in later, a crawler that does not render JavaScript sees the same emptiness. The tool detects this and says so instead of scoring you down on twenty checks for content that exists but is not in the response.

Does a high score mean I will rank?

No. It means nothing technical is standing in the way. Ranking is decided by content quality, intent match, links and competition — none of which an automated check can assess.

Do you store the URLs people check?

No. The endpoint fetches the page, returns it, and keeps nothing. There is a short-lived rate limit counter in memory to stop abuse, and that is all.
